Adding and inviting models
How to invite new models by email, add existing solo models by username, and manage pending invites.
There are two ways to add models to your agency. Choose the method that fits your situation.
Method 1 — Email invite (new models)
Use this when the model doesn't have a ModelsVault account yet.
Go to Agency → Models
Click the "Add Model" button.
Select "Invite by email"
Enter the model's email address and display name.
Send the invite
The model receives a secure invite link valid for 7 days.
Model accepts the invite
They click the link, set their password, and are automatically added to your agency.
Tip: Invite links expire after 7 days. If a model misses the deadline, you can resend the invite from the Models page.
Method 2 — Add by @username (existing solo models)
Use this when the model already has a ModelsVault solo account.
Go to Agency → Models
Click "Add Model" → "Add by username".
Enter their @username
The model must have a ModelsVault solo account. Their username is shown in their profile settings.
Send the join request
The model receives a notification badge on their dashboard.
Model accepts or declines
On accept, they gain access to both their solo and agency dashboards simultaneously.
After adding a model
- Set their permissions (earnings visibility, payout requests, chat access)
- Assign platform connections
- Set their earnings commission rate
- Optionally set API credentials for their platforms
