Account information: Name, email address, password (hashed), and agency or business details you provide during registration.

Identity verification documents: Government-issued ID (front and back) submitted during agency verification. These are stored securely and used solely for compliance verification.

Platform credentials: API keys, tokens, or login credentials for third-party webcam platforms you connect. These are encrypted at rest.

Earnings and transaction data: Earnings figures, payout records, and platform statistics synced from connected platforms.

Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the platform for security and analytics purposes.

Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the ModelsVault platform
• Verify agency identity and comply with legal obligations
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Sync earnings data from connected webcam platforms
• Send transactional emails (account verification, trial reminders, subscription receipts)

• Improve and develop new platform features

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
