Terms of Service

By accessing or using ModelsVault ("the Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including agency owners, models, and any other individuals who access the Service.

You must meet all of the following criteria to use ModelsVault:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• If registering as an agency, you must be authorised to act on behalf of that business

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

Agency accounts are subject to identity verification. We reserve the right to suspend or reject accounts that fail verification or provide false information.

ModelsVault offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• The Model Solo plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers only

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, transmit, or distribute content involving minors in any sexual context
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to manage or facilitate illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent any security or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

ModelsVault allows you to connect third-party webcam platforms (Stripchat, OnlyFans, Cam4, LiveJasmin, and others). By connecting these platforms, you:

• Confirm you have the right to access and share data from those platforms
• Authorise ModelsVault to retrieve earnings and performance data on your behalf
• Accept that ModelsVault is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data
• Acknowledge that use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms of service

The Platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by ModelsVault and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Platform. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process and display that data solely to provide the Service.

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about other users, models, or agencies that you access through the Platform. This obligation survives termination of your account.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Earnings data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party platforms and may not always be accurate or up to date. ModelsVault is not responsible for discrepancies in earnings figures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelsVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
