How to create challenges for your models, set targets, and how models earn points and badges.

The rewards system lets agencies create challenges to motivate and recognise model performance.
Creating a challenge (agency)

Go to Agency → Settings
Scroll to the Challenges section.

Click "Add Challenge"
Fill in the challenge details.

Set the target
Examples: "Earn £500 this week", "Stream 20 hours this month", "Get 100 new followers".

Set the reward
Describe what the model earns for completing the challenge (e.g. bonus payment, badge, recognition).

Publish
The challenge appears on all models' Rewards pages immediately.
For models
- View active challenges at Model → Rewards
- Track progress towards each goal
- Earn points for completing challenges
- Unlock badges for milestones
- View your position on the leaderboard
Tip: Create time-limited challenges (e.g. weekly) to keep models engaged and motivated.
