Welcome to ModelsVault. This guide walks you through everything you need to do to get your agency fully operational — from identity verification to your first model earning.

Before you begin

  • You'll need a government-issued photo ID and proof of address for KYC
  • Have your agency's business details ready (name, address)
  • Prepare the email addresses of any models you want to invite

Step 1 — Complete KYC verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your agency can process payouts. It verifies your identity and protects the platform.

1

Go to Agency → Settings → Verification

Find the Verification tab in your agency settings.

2

Click "Start verification"

This opens the Stripe Identity flow in a secure modal.

3

Upload your documents

Upload a government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months).

4

Submit and wait for approval

Approval typically takes 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email notification when approved.

Tip: You can continue setting up your agency while KYC is pending. Payouts are held until verification is complete, but everything else works immediately.

Step 2 — Add your first model

There are two ways to add models to your agency:

  • Email invite — for new models who don't have a ModelsVault account yet
  • By @username — for existing solo models who already have an account

Step 3 — Connect your platforms

Add the cam and content platforms your models work on. Each connection enables automatic earnings tracking.

Step 4 — Set earnings rates

Configure how earnings are split between your agency and your models. You can set a default rate per model and override it per platform.

Step 5 — Set up the Social Hub

Twitter/X is already configured. Add Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook credentials to enable cross-platform posting for all your models.

Once your agency is set up, models can log in at /model/dashboard to see their earnings, connect social accounts, and manage their profile.
